Our beloved Penistone Hill Country Park is hosting a sculpture trail and exhibition space called Wild Uplands as part of Bradford City of Culture 2025.The initial installations are now in place.

The Children of Smokeless Fire by artist Monira Al Qadiri features on the Worth Valley Mag cover this month. We’ll explore the exhibition in more depth in the July edition, but I’d encourage you to keep an open mind and go see it for yourself. Love it or loathe it, the sculpture trail has certainly sparked conversations and interest in the District.

Father’s Day is just around the corner, and I’ve gathered some locally inspired ideas to help you spoil that very special man in your life (p30).
